Street HDRI

  • 28 published HDRIs at HDRI Hub carry the street tag, priced $8 to $20.
  • Resolutions run from 10240x5120 up to 16000x8000 pixels.
  • The set includes both daylight roads and night scenes, such as HDR 137 City Night Alley.
  • Several street HDRIs also carry the road, rural, or city tag, since a street can run through any of those settings.

28 published HDRIs at HDRI Hub carry the street tag, priced $8 to $20, at resolutions from 10240x5120 to 16000x8000. The set spans daylight roads through hills and rural areas as well as lit night streets. They work as both a background sky and a ground-level reflection source for street-facing renders.

What is in this collection

HDRI Hub lists 28 published street-tagged HDRIs, priced $8 to $20, at resolutions from 10240x5120 to 16000x8000. Examples include HDR 137 City Night Alley, a lit night alley; HDR 171 City Road Night, also available at 8k; and HDR 135 Park Road with Clear Sky, a daylight scene through a park road.

When to use street HDRIs

  • Reflections on car paint or wet asphalt in an automotive render set on a street.
  • Establishing shots for a building facing directly onto a street or road.
  • Night renders that need streetlights and passing-vehicle glow as the light source.
  • Pedestrian-level views where the ground plane in the HDRI should match the scene's paving.

Rendering notes

Because street HDRIs are shot near ground level, keep the camera height in the 3D scene close to the HDRI's original capture height, or the horizon line and reflections will look mismatched. For night street files such as HDR 137 City Night Alley, expose for the streetlights first and recover shadow detail afterward, rather than trying to balance both in one pass. Daylight street HDRIs with a clear sky, such as HDR 135 Park Road, still follow the same sun-elevation rule as other clear-sky files: a lower sun produces a longer shadow across the road surface.
