Scans by Renderpeople: textured and posed 3D people to fill architectural renders with life, in business and casual clothing, standing, walking and sitting, plus spa and bathroom sets. Drop them into a scene as they are; no rigging or retopology needed.

The 3D people category holds 66 published models. Seven are sets of 8 characters around one theme, priced at $50 per set: Business 01, Business 02, Casual 01, Casual 02 and 03, Sitting 01 and Spa 01. The remaining 59 are single models of one person each at $19. The older models ship all three application formats in one download; the newer ones are sold per application (3ds Max, Cinema 4D or SketchUp) with an OBJ archive added. Three models are free to download so you can test the files in your pipeline first.
Every set ships as separate archives for 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp and OBJ. The 3ds Max and Cinema 4D files come with V-Ray materials assigned; the OBJ version carries the same textures and loads into Blender, Rhino, Revit, Lumion, Twinmotion, D5 Render and any other application that reads OBJ. Some sets add an FBX archive. Older single models include the 3ds Max, Cinema 4D and SketchUp archives in one download; newer single models are sold per application with the OBJ archive added. Both cost $19.
Textures are diffuse maps at high resolution; the models are scans by Renderpeople of real people, so clothing folds, hair and skin come from the scan rather than from hand modelling.
These are static characters in a fixed pose: standing, walking or sitting. That is what architectural visualization needs most of the time, since people in a render are background scale references and the pose has to read at a glance. A posed scan renders faster and cleaner than a rigged character with a generic pose, but it cannot be animated. For animation, look at rigged character libraries instead.
A purchase is a licence for one user or workstation with unlimited renders, animations and client projects, no attribution required. Reselling, sharing or bundling the model files with scenes for distribution is not allowed. The same terms apply to the free samples. Details are in the FAQ.
