Scanned 3D people that open directly in SketchUp. Each set ships a native .skp archive with textures next to the 3ds Max, Cinema 4D and OBJ versions, so there is no import step and no material rebuild.

Most 3D people libraries deliver OBJ or FBX and leave the SketchUp import to you, which usually means broken texture paths, wrong scale and a model that renders grey in Enscape. The sets in the 3D people category include a SketchUp archive prepared for this: the component is life-size, textures are embedded, and the face orientation is correct, so Enscape, V-Ray for SketchUp, Lumion and Twinmotion pick the model up as it is.
Heavy scenes: a scanned person carries far more geometry than a SketchUp face-me figure. Place the components last, and use SketchUp's component proxy or the renderer's proxy feature when a scene holds more than a dozen people.
