Terms of Use

By purchasing or downloading any content from HDRI Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

I. License Grant

HDRI Hub grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use purchased content for permitted purposes. All intellectual property rights remain with HDRI Hub. Each license is valid for a single user and workstation and cannot be transferred to third parties.

II. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases. Parents or legal guardians may register on behalf of minors and will be bound by these terms.

III. Permitted Uses

Licensed content may be used for:

Commercial and editorial purposes including advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
Architectural visualization and product rendering
Film, video, and broadcast production
Educational and non-profit applications
Books, magazines, and print media
Video games and interactive media (when embedded and not extractable)
Creating derivative works, provided they comply with this agreement

IV. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Sub-license, resell, rent, or redistribute the content
Share content on networks or file-sharing platforms
Include content in open-source projects or templates for redistribution
Misrepresent ownership of the content
Remove or alter copyright notices or metadata
Use content for obscene, defamatory, or unlawful purposes
Register content as a trademark or service mark
Enable extraction of content from your end product

V. Termination

You may terminate your license at any time by destroying or deleting all copies of the content and ceasing all use. HDRI Hub may terminate your license if you breach these terms.

VI. Warranty & Liability

HDRI Hub warrants that unaltered content will not infringe third-party rights when used in accordance with this agreement. All materials are provided "as is" without further warranties. HDRI Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the content.

VII. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cologne, Germany.

VIII. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

As digital content, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, by initiating a download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once content has been accessed.
